10-year-old shoots 64 at Texas Boys & Girls PGA Championship

Rondarius Walters, a 10-year-old from Grand Prairie, Texas, shot 64 at Dallas' Brookhaven Country Club on Monday.

His spectacular round gave him a 10-stroke lead over Holden Wisener of Garland, Texas in the Texas Boys & Girls PGA Championship. The final round of the Northern Texas PGA event will be on Tuesday. Walters made six birdies and no bogeys on Brookhaven's 4,790-yard Presidents Course, which played to an average score of 83.5.

He has come a long way over the last two months. He shot 87 at Brookhaven to tie for fifth at an NTPGA tournament on May 15. Since then, he has won his last three NTPGA events, including an 8-shot victory last week at Stonebriar CC's Fazio Course.
