The Lakes at Castle Hills in Lewisville is featured in Golf Channel’s ``The Haney Project.’’
The popular show, in its fourth season, features one-on-one coaching sessions with celebrities at the semi-private course which was recently renovated. Segments with actress Angie Everhart and chef Mario Batali were filmed at the Hank Haney Academy, the McKinney instructor’s worldwide golf school headquarters.
Also featured this year on The Haney Project are boxer Sugar Ray Leonard and singer Adam Levine, with all four individuals ultimately competing for a $100,000 charity donation.
